Lost or Damaged Items

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, Teezy Clothing takes full responsibility. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID and clear images of the issue. Our team will review the case and provide a replacement or suitable resolution as quickly as possible.
